Facebook live that beeyaah Football staff reached out this week and asked me not to post any video of the spring practice on social media. Guess they are trying to keep some stuff private. Yeah... no need to give Jacksonville St. any tips if we don't have to, right? |

Wonder why all the FBS coaches who have their entire spring games on ESPN every year dont seem to mind. Because the talent gap isn't as finite as in FCS. If we were playing a cupcake in Week 1... wouldn't matter. Playing a top-10 FCS opponent? Better to err on the side of caution & not put anything out for them to glean any intel from. |

I would livestream the entire spring game if it was up to me. I still plan to record the game from my seat. I just wont be able to share the video highlights with you clowns on the BDV twitter feed. |

But now it is. I suggested moving it on March 30th. That was a week ago. Football staff reached out this week and asked me not to post any video of the spring practice on social media. Guess they are trying to keep some stuff private. The thread is still sitting there with clips from practice. When they reached out did they just mean from this point forward? Or did you mean they didn't want you to post any video of the spring game? |

That's what confused me even more. I was like why they don't wanna let folk see practice when they posting it themselves? They just want to control the flow of information coming out. They'll have clips posted to their social media accounts throughout the day on Sunday. Brian and our Athletic Department is just finicky when it comes to different entities posting footage about the teams online. They also have a relationship with HBCUGameday and HBCUSports.com that ebbs and flows. |
