Man, the University needs to buy some blue and gold paint and give us the authority to paint the darn place. Hell, I bet if they provided the paint, we'd get a dozen Blue Death Valley fans and former baseball players to volunteer one weekend to paint the place.

Hell, I believe former A&T RB Marquel Cartwright does pressure washing with his home improvement business. We can hire him to at least make the concrete walls look better.

Here's a simple and relatively inexpensive way to improve the interior aesthetics at War Memorial: 1. Hire Marquel Cartwright to pressure wash the concrete walls. 2. Place some tarp with marketing images over the broken seating area.

Earl Hilton could order those tarps and have them installed by the end of the month.
I'm pretty sure that having all that exposed rebar sticking out from the concrete slabs is a safety hazard to begin with.

FYI: If we use the code NEW20, we can get 20 percent off our tarp purchase.

The left field bleachers are scheduled for demolishing this summer. The best to contact for tarp is guy name Danyel Williams. He is Billy Edringston Assistant he can get that done. He is the guy coaches call to get things done. Trust me!!!

He is the guy coaches call to get things done. Trust me!!! So coaches have to routinely go to an assistant employee in order to get things done? Why is this stuff not being mandated from the top down? We literally could have those rusted bleachers covered up with tarp before Wake Forest gets here next week if we act now.

What's truly sad is that the white plastic garden chairs that I photographed last year are currently in the exact same spot. SMH. That is a perfect example of just how much neglect this stadium has endured by our athletic department. They don't even care enough to remove junk chairs from the bleachers.

Wish I lived closer. Would love to help organize a BDV day of cleaning. Get a bunch of us out there for a day and get that place all cleaned up, looking nice, and shame the hell out of the administration for not doing it themselves.

Reminds me of a late 70s holocaust movie.
I'm trying to get a kid whose brother plays on my son's soccer team to consider Ayantee. He's looking at Vandy and Alabama (and they looking at him) but I got his mama convinced he should look at T as well. She added us to his "interested" schools and they plan to drive through this summer on a tour of schools he's interested in. I PRAY we've done something by then.
