He has 14 more learning games. He is smart enough to learn from his mistakes, and not become overly anxious to make the big play which is not there. Let him refine his game with skills, smarts and maturity.

I was at the game. Bears got outplayed on both sides of the ball today. In all honesty, Tarik was their only really bright spot, regardless of the bad decision on the punt return.

That would have been a sportscenter top 10 highlight if he could have turned that into a decent return. It was too risky though

Let's remember Aggies...the Bears suck and Cohen ain't going to singlehandedly fix that. They finished 3-13 last season...let that soak in...these guys were awful in 2016! Cohen can only do so much for this crappy team. I just want him to do his thing, stay healthy and not make too many mistakes. Oh, and collect his check. I went to A&T not Chicago Bears University so I'm a Cohen fan not a Bears fan!

well, we're gonna see if cohen can adjust to being "heavily scouted" by nfl opponents. i mean, let's be honest. the bears didn't throw any passes to cohen during the preseason and lawd knows they didn't show cohen running the wildcat in the preseason. so its possible that cohen caught atlanta completely off guard with the plays he executed against them. however, that "reverse field" run was a thing of beauty, "vintage" tarik cohen at a&t type of run.
cohen's stats were not too impressive this week. but hey, this is the "nfl" folks! this ain't the "meac". hopefully the bears and cohen will be able to make adjustments and counter what opposing teams do in the future. but it won't get any easier this weekend because pittsburgh comes to town...

Cohen is in a bad situation...the bears have no deep threats at WR. Teams crowd the line and dare them to pass the ball deep. Cohen didn't have a bad game the team did...Howard the pro bowl back had less yards then Cohen.

He may be able to flip this bad situation because of more touches and exposure? Hell, he did jump onto the fantasy football scene big-time this week.

Howard maybe out this week because of a bad shoulder, has it in a sling and is questionable for Sunday. Out or not, Tarik has gotten the word from Fox that he is the starter this coming Sunday against the Steelers.

I'm here in Charlotte and see first hand that one player can't fix a bad offensive team. Christian McCaffrey was supposed to be all-world but the Panthers have done nothing to help him. Cohen is a very talented player but he also ain't no Superman. The Bears are bad and Cohen can't save them. I just hope he stays healthy enough so that when they finally fire John Fox (and they will at season end) and hire them next coach, he will have a shot at proving himself.
