BDV Family: Please join the DC Aggies at our 2015 Sit-In Prayer Brunch. The brunch will celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the A&T Four’s courageous act of civil disobedience by sitting down at the segregated lunch counter at the F.W. Woolworth store in Downtown Greensboro on February 1, 1960. Our theme is: “Sitting with Courage so we can Stand in Unity!” A&T Alumnus The Rev. Dr. Edward Harding, senior pastor of Prince George's Community Church (PCUSA) will be the keynote speaker at this year's prayer brunch. Proceeds from the prayer brunch will benefit the Washington,DC chapter’s scholarship fund for students from the metropolitan area attending North Carolina A&T State University.
