Boy the conversation before this game is totally different tHan past games. In passing games the talk was about pending problems and challenges. This week the conversation is about restaurants and if the band would show up. I know Broadway and the boys are focused on the game but it's good for our fans to get a break this week. Got to be ready for NCCU next week.

SSU should be forced to either pony up and support a division I program or be kicked out of the conference.
That's all I have to say about that.

They do but its still far below that of the other football schools in the MEAC. I have always been a proponent of making football a mandatory requirement for conference membership.

Saab, that question answers itself. CSU and UMES don't have football programs, so the same cannot be said for them.

We need to beat them worse than that 84-0 beating they got last year. We need style points.

We will be there - along with 4 friends. We have missed just too many games this year - and this one is in our state. Hopefully it's not too much of a blow out. Sadly, we won't be at the NCCU game though - gotta make another trip to watch the other son on the field.
Let's do this Aggies!

A&T was the SSU of the MEAC a few years ago. Except for fb haven't they done as well as other MEAC schools. Do we really want to beat them 84-0?

We need to beat them worse than that 84-0 beating they got last year. We need style points. ssu is "winless". beating them 84-0 will be "meaningless" in the eyes of the selection committee because ssu football is so dreadful. the only thing this ssu game can do for our playoff hopes is "nothing at all" or "hurt our playoff hopes". i don't see any scenario where beating ssu helps our playoff hopes other than improving our record. but no team will get "style points" for blowing out a winless ssu team. i don't see anyway for this ssu game to help our playoff chances except to improve our overall record. even if we blow them out by 80 points, i don't think the selection committee would be impressed by that. they know how woeful ssu football is and they expect us to blow ssu out. hanging 80 big ones on ssu would not shock anybody...

Bethune-Cookman laid into us to a tune of 77-7 on ESPNU one year during the Fobbs Error. THIS SHOULD DO: Score over 50 points in quick succession, maintain a second consecutive shutout, play your subs the entire 2nd half with a running clock and get out of Savannah with no injuries. It's not for us to embarrass Savannah State. As bad as they are right now, one day they will rise from the ashes and be pretty good. Y'all remember Prairie View, don't you?
