At the press conference today, Small said there was a 99 percent chance Moye would start against SCSU. There is a god somewhere.

Moye is clearly better. He plays with heart. The offense, defense and fans clearly would rather see Moye play.
Marshal Glenn has been starting for 3 years. He's not going to get any better. It's past time to move on.

Wow. Stinging criticism. I especially enjoyed the Custer analogy.

Same itsh; different day! *Offensive line sucked as usual. It's no wonder our rb corp is in the shape it's in. *Glenn made some poor decisions. On his good decisions he overthrew his receivers. *Kenny Perry continues to drop passes. *Refs sucked bigtime, but bad teams usually don't get any calls. *Run blocking was awful! Truesdale & Metcalf were on their own. *Pass blocking was awful! *Defense was awful but they were probably worn out after the first quarter. Iwould add more but things got so ugly I left early in the 3rd quarter. True, True. On a more positive note Brandon Trusty has established himself as THE "go-to guy" on our team. He did a helluva job yesterday at WR and returning punts. They should let him return kicks as well.

It's time to show and prove.

Respectfully those are just excuses. We didn't do squat last year either. I'd bet dollars to lemon-filled doughnuts if Brick stays we won't do squat next year. I see now why SCSU fans were eager to get rid of him.

In terms of total offense (yards) we rank 106th out of 117 teams in I-AA. In rushing we are 90th. In passing 89th. In scoring offense we're ranked 110th. If stats like those don't get you fired nothing will.
In almost every interview Small preaches loyalty and family. I don't think he's going to fire Brick despite the fact he obviously deserves to be shown the door.

The majority of the blame should fall on Coach Patterson. He has the primary responsibility over the RBs. He is either a really poor judge of talent or he doesn't like the Truesdale kid for some reason.

I saw Billy Covington, Spencer Gwynn and Mel Swann in a Dover seafood restaurant Friday night. I can only assume they were there to broadcast the game. They must've had some technical difficulties on gameday.

A&T has a legitimate shot at 2 wins ------ Del State and possibly Howard. A&T is projected ( by most fans ) to lose all of the other games, however, anything is possible. I know it is difficult, but be optimistic genltemen and gentlewomen. The good news out of this tragic episodic adventure is that Glenn may come of age for next year. The playing time can't hurt him, especially if he has any gray matter at all. And I strongly suspect that he does have functional neurons. He and all the QBs just need some good solid coaching. Amend that statement to read that the whole offensive side of the ball needs solid coaching. I agree Sixties. I've been just about as harsh of a critic of Marshal Glenn as anyone. Even I can't deny the fact that he has made great strides over the last three weeks. Hopefully, that will continue and who knows next year we might actually have a settled QB for the first time in several seasons.

That was the best band performance I've seen from A&T in many a year. The breakdown at the beginning set it off. There was a little lull, but the Kanye West "Workout" skit was a strong ending to a great show.
Morgan's half-time performance coupled with that blazing sun almost put my a$$ to sleep.

I've lost all faith in this team. My heart wants an Aggie win, but my head expects a Morgan shut-out, 28-0.

We were terrible in every phase of the game. Special teams, offense and defense. Our coaching staff has been exposed. It's that simple.
OL coach Chennis Berry still has not taught his guys how to pick-up a blitz or create a running lane.
RBs coach Patterson doesn't have the courage or the sense to start his best Rb especially when Hollingsworth was hurt anyway.
WRs coach McNeil can't seem to get the WRs to catch the passes that are thrown directly to their chests.
QBs coach Scialino gets a pass considering what he has to work with.
Special teams coach Scialiano doesn't get a pass because these boys still don't know how to cover a punt nor do they seem to know when to take a knee.
I refuse to believe that the 3-4 is the most effective defense we can put out on the field. A zone-blitz package could work if the blitz puts pressure on the QB and the zone effectively covers the entire field. Memo to coach Lee: since our zone-blitz does neither it should be dropped.
Winning covers a lot of mistakes. Last year we struggled in many of these same areas, but were fortunate to continue to win. This season we're not so lucky.
