Does anyone on this board communicate know what the morale is like for our team? I would think it would be pretty low, but every week i see a team thats motivated and plays hard. How do they feel about Fobbs and the rest of the coaching staff? If any of you talk to a player(s) please share your thoughts.

According to jaffe joffa there have already been a couple of assassination attempts this season, but none have proved successful. A couple of players have tried to lace his Gatorade with cyanide and others cut the brake cord on his university-issued town car.
However, it seems like that damn Fobbs is harder to kill than Steven Segal.

They do. That's one big reason they been showing up for every game after Del State.

They do. That's one big reason they been showing up for every game after Del State. It more like the players have pride and they did not want to go another season without a win or two or three. A lot of the players came from winning programs in high school or other colleges and they are not use to losing. After seeing the players not give up this year, I feel more confident that if the coaching staff is strengthen we will see multiple wins out of the Aggies next season.

Player morale is surprisingly high. They've put up with a lot of crap from us, the students, the alums, the media and have still came out Saturday and at LEAST tried. We are a terrible team record wise but we are not a terrible team. The benefit for me not graduating on time is I think I'll be around to see us become a winning football team.
This is gonna sound crazy but I don't think we should fire Coach Fobbs, slowly but surely I've became a believer. Not necessarily in his coaching ability but in the direction we're headed. His playcalling and decision making need a lot of attention but he's doing pretty damn good to have really nothing to work with (by nothing I mean no money, not athletes).

People are waivering in the eyes of excuses. This man is horrible and should not be allowed to stay. If he was not in the middle of a contract he would be gone without question. My grandma can go 0-22! With that being said, I think we should keep him just to show stability and force him to get a new OC. Not because I think he will improve or is any good as a coach, but we put ourselves in this mess and should just honor his contract just to show the next man that we are not "Fire Happy" when it comes to coaches. He will win 5 games next year just off talent and experience on the field alone, but a good staff would win at least 8 games with next years squad. Hire a new OC and we may get 8 or 9.

so if they win 8 or 9 games next year, they're a good staff and we'll leave this issue alone?

I believe Fobbs will turn things around but he needs more experienced coaches. I believe we need to focus more on the AD. She has no idea what the hell is going on with all of the sports.Infact ,she has been a road block in some real key areas. If she can't be fired, someone needs to move her to the third shift in the boilerroom.

Can someone answer this for me please?
Do AD's have a contract like coaches or are they hired and fired like regular staff? If they dont have a contract then I say concentrate on Dee and deall with Fobbs in the last year of his deal.

Then why even put that out there if you're not gonna even try to offer proof?
That's pretty reckless.
