Nevermind. My mother always told me that if I didn't have anything nice to say about someone then don't say anything at all.

Momma I'm sorry. This dude is garbage. He can't cover or tackle.
We gotta have somebody else who can play corner.

Didn't he intercept a pass last week? Maybe he was just outmatched last night. It happens.

He also got an interception last night. I don't think he's garbage. He did get burned a couple of times last night though. Although this has nothing to do with his talent, I met him and his family in LA. They are really cool people. They're from Cali (Oakland area) and have never been to G'boro. They may come to HC. Anyway, I sat behind them at the game. Even when the TEAM didn't give much to cheer about, it was good to be able to identify w/an individual on the team. I was glad that he played a good game in LA in front of his family. Ease up on the kid Thrilla. There are at least 5 others that you can call out (officials, coaches, AD, etc) instead.

...and always remember, he can only do what the defensive set calls for. Last I noticed we haven't stopped anybody from throwing the ball. We did good to get two picks and keep Hampton right around 50% for completions so that's an improvement. But cats have been open. That usually happens when you only have three dbs out there and you're not pressuring the qb.

I'm happy to say Shaheed made me look like a complete idiot last night.
Like the rest of the team, he has gotten better each week. Got to give credit where credit is due.
Central took a couple of shots against him early, but when they saw that he was on their receiver like a cheap suit they decided to concentrate on establishing their running game.
The Sandman strikes back.

They went after him three times and he stood up to the challenge.

Dooms, you come with some of the best quotes, videos and articles that puts everything into prospective....we have kids who are doing the right thing (academically/athletically/socially) that will continue to get my support.....OUT! I for one was impressed with our performance on the field, against Central.

I hope that as fans, we listen to and take to heart what that coach just expressed and get behind our guys. I look at this year and compare it to last year and its no contest. This is a real football team that comes to compete and does. We're close...real close to getting this monkey off our back. We're due.
