Three N.C. A&T Football recruits will participate in the upcoming annual North Carolina's Coaches Association East-West All Star football game scheduled for July 18th at Grimsley's Jamison Stadium.
The Aggies will be represented by Rivals 2-star QB Dorian Belcher (Southern Durham), First Team All-State punt returner and wide receiver Marquis Gorham (Greenville Rose) and standout middle linebacker Angelo Keyes Jr. from Kinston HS in Kinston, NC.

Hope they do not get hurt That's always! But that is something we have no control over. What I am hoping is that those 3 guys continue to build on what I hope will be the start of outstanding careers.

Hayes always had 2 or 3 recruits in this game. Hopefully we are getting back to those days.

Very few D-1 recruits play in these games now except a punter or Place kicker. Most want them to get ahead academically (sumer school) and avoid injury in a game that means nothing...............that would be my position

I was told that the East/West All Star Game might be played at Aggie Stadium due to some work going on at Grimsley H.S.'s stadium. Don't know if this is true or not, just hoping someone on this site might know something about this.

I also hope that it gets awarded to Aggie Stadium, for a mid-range profit, for the six years or so...as long as it doesn't interfere with Ayantee getting national or regional track and field events in the summer.

FYI, The Nationals(USATF junior olympics finals) are being held at A&T in 2013. That would be the following week(Tues - Sunday). Morgan State has it this year.

USATF relocates to a new city venue each year Maryland this year N.C. next year. It's good that Greensboro is hosting the 2013 meet ;D Their is a lot of money to be made If I'm not mistaken the host get's to keep most of the gate money if not all of it Host also will receive a Portion of merchandise sales
