back when i was a student, the register was the best way to get campus news out to the students. it was widely read by almost all students. there was no internet, there was no cell phones.
nowadays with social media, i wonder how significant of a role the register plays on today's aggie campus?

I sat on the advisory board for the Register during my senior year. At that time twitter was just emerging and the then editor Mike McCray was really pushing to see that there was a true social media presence.
I still think the print media is the most important source of information out there. Good job!
