Two Thoughts...
1.) The GHOE is gonna be Hella Late next year...
2.) Looks like there wont be a band brawl next year either...
Bonus Thought: I wonder if the Pressbox Will be done by then (LMAO)

How do we know thats homecoming? Their schedule looks like ours should by the way. - In-state rival to generate a nice buzz for the year and some income (VA State)
- Out of conference FCS opponent(Liberty)
- Div1 opponent(Ohio)
- Then Meac play
Perfect mix in my opinion.

First question for the day...where's our (A&T's)football schedule? The sooner we release our schedule the sooner we can start "promoting" the games.
Also noticed that Norfolk isn't playing NCCU or FA&MU next year. I think that schools should play everyone in the MEAC. If not, we need a MEAC Championship game at the end of year to select the "real" MEAC winner. I'm sure that violates some FCS or NCAA rule but I just don't think it's right to not play someone in your own conference.

The homecoming date for 2012 was plastered all over the Sheraton Four Seasons in October as it always is. But if you want to see proof, here is the link: www.ncat.edu/~newsinfo/homecoming/2011/Docs/golfform.pdfAs far as playing all MEAC schools, with 11 football playing institutions, we could not schedule more than one out of conference game. As far as a MEAC championship game, per the NCAA, you have to have 12 schools before you could stage a championship game. Add to that, it would likely coincide with the start of the FCS (1-AA) playoffs. And I definitely agree. Norfolk State is on the right track with regards to their scheduling of opponents. Finally, last year, the MEAC furnished each conference member their conference football schedules through 2013. For our Aggies, our conference schedule for later this year looks like this: 9/29 - Morgan @ home 10/6 - at Bethune Cookman 10/13 - Howard @ home 10/20 - at Delaware State 10/27 - Norfolk State @ home (HC) 11/3 - FAMU @ home 11/10 - SC State @ home 11/17 - at NC Central

Great info.
Thats a decent schedule. We already know Coastal is in their prior to those. Now if Morgan and Howard can be scheduled as late games then we are good.

That's the conference schedule...that's info. we already know. We know who but not when...for the most-part. Out of conference scheduling is the big ?

Dog I was hoping for the same 4 straight home games this year but I see that Howard and DSU games were switched for 2012

right now, i'm not very concerned about next year's homecoming yet. the next item of priority on my agenda is our 2012 recruiting class. we're only about a month away from signing day! pretty soon it'll be time to open up our gifts and see what we got! i hope the "signing day santa" will be good to us!
it'll be a major indication of how much our team can improve next season...
