CHAPEL HILL, N.C. --- Todd Harrelson was not in attendance for North Carolina's game at NC State earlier this month, and on Monday head coach Everett Withers confirmed that the junior cornerback will transfer. “Todd Harrelson isn’t even on our football team anymore,” Withers said. “Todd’s going to transfer. He decided he wanted to transfer at the end of the semester.” The 6-2, 195-pound Chesapeake, Va. native was suspended for two games in September for a violation of team rules. northcarolina.scout.com/2/1128505.html

I wouldn't necessarily automatically bet on Hampton since supposedly Jared McAdoo has cast his lot here. Rod Broadway is a UNC guy with deep ties and can be very persuasive.

Did Broadway take a lot of transfers at Grambling?
As far as this ECU kid, he had to go to Hargrove for academics, didn't get accepted to UVA for academics, has been arrested for trying to buy some brew underage, and now is being kicked off ECU's team for who knows what? And he averages three yards a carry.
Don't know if we're the best fit for each other.

No he did not take a lot of transfers at Grambling. To be honest he made some none performers leave are have their scholarships cut. He was not big on kids that could not perform both in the class room and on the field.
