It is quite ironic that General Lee took over for what essentially was Fobbs' team (they went 1- 10 )the year he was hired. In his first year Lee went 5-6. Broadway took over from Lee (they went 1-10) and if we win next week we will be 5-6.......... The curse of "Wild Bill" anybody? ? Will the circle be unbroken?? I feel better about the 2011 edition because we have gone through a rough 4 game stretch and actually cuda won all 4 games but we couldn't quite get over the hump. It was a far different story last year. "Wild Bill"....we sorry, we sorry take dat thang off us!!

Na don't do the Curse thing. But I do believe that a good field goal kicker and punter is almost as important as a any other player on the team.

There's no curse. We just need to improve our kicking game and get some depth up front and add a couple of more playmakers in our backfield at RB and QB. These close losses could have easily been wins.
This team is not that far away from being really good. Recruiting will be the test for us this winter. Only about dozen talented players of the right combination at four key positions in next year's lineup and this year's record will be reversed very quickly in 2012.

>no doubt. Everyone needs to calm down since there is not s soul on this board that thought back in August we would contend for the MEAC title.
In my eyes Kindle is just a freshman that held a clipbboard last year. He will be better next year. And I am sure we will have another QB to challenge him.
AggieOne is spot on in my opinion we are just 10-12 scholly players away from going undefeated in the MEAC. We have only 30 schloarship playes I'd bet SC State had at least 55.

Guys you are just killing me! Broadway has done a remarkable job for his first year at the helm.. He knows very well what needs to be done. He still has a lot of cleaning up to do. First he must remove this loser mentality around A&T. Better days are ahead! Get on board!

Huge difference from Lee's first year. A&T only beat the bottom of the barrell that year and when they lose .....THEY LOSE. They got manhandled and were never in the some games.
This year they could be undefeated if the outcome of 1 or 2 plays per game were different. I predicted 4 wins when the season started, so a win against the Dirty Burgandy will definitely exceed my expectations.
10-15 more scholarships and we will be talking playoffs coming in to the NCCU game.

You guys are spot on. We have to trust Broadway and his staff. There is a reason he had won where ever he has been. Because he knows the formula. Let's see what happens on Signing day
