I have seen every team A&T has left to play this year but Howard & SCSU (Hampton plays NCCU Saturday) and after seeing us against Morgan St. & hearing how they dominated BCC & Del St. then watching Hampton & Norfolk play Saturday, I truly believe that A&T can win the MEAC championship this year!
Norfolk didn't show me that much. Most of their points came in the 1st half because of good field position & missed tackles. SCSU still scares me because it's SCSU. Call me crazy, but as long as we can stay healthy & humble we can win it all this year.

TRUE: BUT ONE GAME AT A TIME IF WE KEEP THAT MIND SET, A&T MAY DO THAT.

Can we please beat Howard first before we think we can win the MEAC? But, With that being said, I hope AD Hilton is putting together a bid to host a playoff game.

WCA, i competely disagree. That's a waste of $30k. How are we going to host a game when there are two teams in the area that beat us by a combined 70 points?
That $30k minimum bid is enough to fund some additional scholarships or pay for summer school for the kids.

Well...some more of the MEAC story will be told tonight on ESPN U. BCU vs NSU...I still believe that BCU has something left in the tank.

Depending on which BCU teams shows up will determine the outcome of that game tonight vs NSU.
I'm a little heated I wont be making the trip to DC for A&T vs HU BUT having moms surprise party tommorow and then heading to Orangeburg Saturday to check out State/FAMU..
Lord Willing though I'll be in Norfolk next weekend....

I know we need to take it one game at a time, and not look too far ahead, but it sure feels good to be talking about the possibility of winning the MEAC, rather than talking about will we win a game this year or not. ;D

But hell we're just fans and that's what we do is talk that one game at a time stuff is for the team....I'm about as happy as a drunk locked in the middle of a liquor store, I've waited a LONG time to witness some good football being played at T. I was in school 2005-2009 so I got to experience up close and personal those awful seasons. It feels VERY good and I aint even trying to hide it.....

Hosting one this year would not be wise. However, I always support us going bidding to host any type of playoff game whenever possible. Its exposure that we need of our first-class campus and facilities.

Someone pinch me. Are we actually talking about A&T being in the hunt for the MEAC Championship after going 1-10 last season?

I'll feel better about this conversation after this grueling road schedule ahead of us. Decks, I got a couple Aggies from our area ready to make it to Norfolk and Tallahassee. Let me know if you're interested.

So if we are blessed enough to be invited to the post-season, hosting this year would be a great opportunity to generate just that much more net revenue for cash-strapped athletic dept. It probably won't be much and our athletic department will have to work really hard to get it but meh, it can happen. But I digress... Lets ruin another Howard Homecoming! ;D

Playoffs, playoffs...playoffs??? Okay that's my Mora impression for the day. No but seriously, it's a little premature to be discussing playoffs but, we can definitely discuss being in the MEAC championship hunt, which is always good. But, we still have 5 games to play, a lot of football to be played. If, and I say IF, if we can beat Howard, Norfolk and FAMU...that will put us in the driver's seat. I'm feeling confident against Howard and FAMU but, Norfolk, hold on to your seats. As far as, SCSU they will try and beat us silly...hopefully we can pull some more BCU magic on them. NCCU will be fired up for us, but that's bout it. We should beat them like a drum.
