It our conference opener this Saturday and everyone a little quiet about it. I think we have a 50-50 chance this weekend. The funny thing is that I can't even name a star player on Morgan State except they have the big offensive and defensive line and questionable QB play. I am just happy that Melton kid from Greensboro is not QB anymore at Morgan State.

Interesting...I'm somewhat surprised especially after App. State hung 58 points on us.

I'm not surprised since they have been blown out twice already and in a much more embarrassing fashion than our App blowout. They were completely blown away in BOTH their losses. Most MEAC teams have a blowout loss on their books from playing "money" games. BCC and Hampton didn't play one and SCSU held their own, but aside from that...blowouts.
Not to mention the VUL game pumped up our stats.

Yeah. In their first two games Morgan played a still undefeated Towson and a 1-loss Bowling Green team whose only loss was by a point. But their offensive play still stunk against Robert Morris and Howard, and Howard put a decent amount of yards on them but lost because of turnovers.
This game will be very ugly, no matter which team wins.

We can not allow MSU to be leading us in to the fourth quarter. I see a chance for the win. If we can get out early and hold that lead and make them play from behind. We should be OK but we have to hold in the fourth quarter .
