I hope this is win/win resolution for the both. The last we need is a W/L tally for people on the same team!

yep, thrilla once stated that he's the smartest dude on the planet. well, after he posted broadway's cramp gate on that press conference thread and turned what was a boring thread into over 6 pages, maybe dude is the smartest cat on the planet...

I hate to bust you guys bubble, but the answer to this question is that it is just a coincidence that the players are back at practice after B ranted about the training staff and cramps at a press conference. How can I know you ask. Well truth be told I can't say for sure because I was not there when and if any discussion of this issue took place. What I know, however, is that Hilton is a lawyer, Martin is represented by a lawyer and Martin's wife is a lawyer. I can assure you that none of those lawyers would advise Martin to overrule his training staff or doctors on matters concerning a players injury status when A&T is involved in discussions/litigation that directly relates to a staff member disregarding recommended medical procedures. Say what you want about Martin, but he ain't dumb. A blind man can see that Martin would not expose himself or A&T to the present or future liability that you risk by even hinting that A&T would overrule a trainers decision because a coach complained. It just ain't going to happen. If it did, I could see Martin being called on the carpet by the General Administration asking him what was he thinking. Like I said, Martin ain't stupid. That's how I know that the decision to allow those players to return didn't have one thing to do with B's rant. Some doctor or trainer, exercising their best medical judgment, made the decision that those players could return. This did make for a good conversation though!

Look at any program in the country. It's amazing how those "camp" injuries tend to go away the week of the 1st game. I honestly think that this situation is overblown and overanalyzed.
