Which MEAC programs rely on student athletic fees?

So this morning, I was inspired by this blog post and subsequent post on onnidan to see which MEAC schools rely on student athletic fees.

This is what I found.

From this data gathered, it appears that all of our schools, except for Del. State and SC State generate at least 40% of their Athletic Revenue from student fees.

Morgan state generates over 80% of their Athletic revenue from student fees and although Del. St. and SC St. do not have athletic fees, they still rely the university as a whole to generate over 74% of their athletic budgets.
