Help me out. How many games were we within striking distance late in the game? Or who in that top teir did we show glimpses of hope or give a hard time? I can't remember for some reason, maybe their weren't any. I know the Central game was winnable. I'm thinking we could win some of those with good coaching alone, if we have that same personnel on the field or guys with at least that much talent. L- 09-04-2010 A&T-14 WSSU- 21 L- 09-11-2010 A&T- 14 Norfolk St.- 23 L- 09-18-2010 A&T- 21 Hampton- 35 L- 09-25-2010 A&T- 16 NCCU- 27 L- 10-02-2010 A&T- 7 Tennessee St.- 37 L- 10-09-2010 A&T- 14 Morgan St- 27 L- 10-16-2010 A&T- 26 Delaware St.- 31 W- 10-23-2010 A&T- 52 Howard- 32 L- 10-28-2010 A&T- 17 BCU- 67 L- 11-06-2010 A&T- 19 Florida A&M- 22 L- 11-20-2010 A&T- 3 South Carolina St.- 48 "Some one" is going to rip me, but here you go. WSSU was winnable easy. just score some damn points and stop turning the ball over and would have gotten the W. Norfolk - See WSSU Hampton - Hell NO! NCCU - See WSSU Tenn St - Hell NO! Morgan St. - See WSSU Del St. - See WSSU Howard - Win BCU -Hell NO! FAMU - See WSSU SCSU - HELL HELL NO! In my opinion we could have had 6 wins last season with better coaching. This is the MEAC and the middle of the pack teams rotate from year to year so anything is possible. Since we could have had 6 last season I'm going with 5 WINS this season. 7 if the team and staff REALLY put in work and we get some linemen.

Lets just say it was half Kindle and half coaching. In the WSSU game I think it was all Kindle not being there. He was projected starter and got hurt 2 weeks before the game. After that game I think it had more to do with coaches not adjusting. Losing your QB is an excuse for a few games, but not the whole season.

morgan is winnable, and so is norfolk. these are games we could have won in the past with better coaching and didn't. we can win 4 to 5 games. "EARLY PREDICTION" I'm betting on broadways genius in the trenches. he is figuring out someway to make the d-line respectible and is just not telling anyone.

For the last 2 years,we have been at the door of beating A&M. Two years ago with a freshmen making his first start and last year with a defense that could not stop the JV. if the defense is 10% better, I'm taking a win at Florida. After the butt whipping we took for the last 2 years vs Bethune, Look for our boys to be hyped to put out maximum effort to give one. The litmus test for me will be how we fare against Coastal Carolina. That game will make or break our season. A lot will hinge on whether or not we can afford to have the kids on campus the entire summer or not. Our offense learns the new systems, and the new safeties (former linebackers) learn to cover, and we could have something. 7-4. Or 4-7

Truth be told the Hampton game was winnable last year too. We were up in the 2nd half before our 3rd quarter meltdown. Even then we lost 35-21.

i have us going 7-4 this season if we can upset SCSU,WSSU and NCCU. THAT WSSU AND NCCU game will be the turning point for their season.

Heart is the key to their season !!! If they play each game as if it's there last. You can't win if your thinking defeat. The 1972 team that I played on we always played with out fear. Each practices was like a game because the scout team made it so ;D. We would give the starters hell ;D so that when game time came they knew that they were ready. ;D That is heart in practice and game time, even if you do not dress you give your all to make your team better from starters to scout team. If they do this they will do just fine. 7-4 this year it's a lick.

i absolutely luv your enthusiasm and positive outlook. but i think 8-3 is quite a stretch for a team coming off of a 1-10 season last year and inheriting a brand new coaching staff this year. if we go 8-3, hands down broadway should be named meac coach of the year. shouldn't even be close...
