Elizabeth City QB added to NCCU recruiting class By N.C.Central University www.highschoolot.com/content/blogpost/9369017/Apr 1, 2011 North Carolina Central University has added a place-kicker and a quarterback to its 2011 football recruiting class, bringing the total number of signees to 28 under new Eagles head coach Henry Frazier III. "The additions are Oleg Parent, a 6-0, 170-pound place-kicker from Lake Forest, Calif., and Terry Williams, a 6-5, 205-pound quarterback from Elizabeth City, N.C. Williams, a two-sport standout who led Northeastern High School to its first state 2-AA football championship game in 2010, set single-season school passing records with 2,473 yards and 23 touchdowns through the air as a senior. He garnered all-conference honors as the Eagles posted 13 consecutive victories to finish the campaign 13-3. On the basketball court, Williams averaged 18.9 points and 9.0 rebounds for Northeastern in 2010-11 to repeat as a first-team all-conference pick after being tagged as conference player of the year as a junior on the hardwood." Very interesting that a kid that big and accomplished that much was still left on the board. Sidenote: Frazier looks and sounds like Bubba Gump.

I dont like his arm, but his footwork is pretty good. He's a toothpick, so his arm strength can be worked on. Not a bad pick up.

He's a non-qualifier so I'd say there's a 50-50 chance he never plays a down.

"The additions are Oleg Parent, a 6-0, 170-pound place-kicker from Lake Forest, Calif., central had a pretty darn good long range kicker, don't know if he's still there. 2 years ago at aggie stadium, he dayum near kicked a 40 or 50 yard fg with ease. wonder if he's still there...

That's nice size for a qb...and the fact that he can play basketball tells me he's athletic. We may have to face him one day.

Good point ohsix, but ALL QB's play basketball well. Now if they play for their school or not is a different story.
I think I saw a tape of that guy jbrob. What's his name? His receivers did make some good adjustments on some of his throws. Another note is that the defenses they were facing were just so so. Not their fault, but easy for WRs to make adjustments against lesser talent(weak 2A conference).

I saw the tape on the wide receiver, good hands, strong body, possession type and a big target at 6-4, 205. Very similar and reminds me a little of a Musin Muhammad type wide out.
