A&T is getting a grant of nearly $1.5 million from state and federal transportation agencies. Advertisement | Advertise with Us The money will pay for the Right of Way Training Program, a combination of courses that helps undergraduates learn how to acquire real estate and right of way for transportation projects. The program is the second of its kind in the state. The second program, the Construction Contractor Technology Certification Program, trains small business owners in the construction industry. The grant is from the N.C. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
