Out of all the posters here, who would make the best AD for our school?

Dooms would move us down to D2 on his first day on the job, Oldschool might commit suicide after a prolonged losing streak by the swimming team, and Truthseeker would always have his reports and data all screwed up.
I don't know enough about NSS, but I'm leaning toward none of the above.

yeah, ya'll wouldn't want me to be ad because i'd get rid of any dead weight. i wouldn't keep anybody just because they're one of the good ole boys or good ole girls. do your job or see ya. now, i wouldn't have fired coach lee. but then again, i wouldn't have hired him in the first place. folk know who i would've hired, but now i've got to learn to hate my previously preferred head coach.
i'd sign coach bibbs to a lifetime contract and give her every perk she wants. i'd sign coach jones and coach shumate to long term contracts too, but maybe not give them all the perks. coach eaves would be put on notice, but if he continues the job he's doing this season, his job would not be in danger.
i'd rebuild the entire athletic department and make it more efficient and professionally run. cross all the t's and dot all the i's. i'd implement an "automated" academic monitoring system, especially for the football team, to ensure guys/gals attend their classes and perform as expected in the classroom.
i'd make it clear to the admissions office and the chancellor that yes, scholarship athletes as well as academic or any other scholarship students "do" deserve special treatment because we're paying for them to come to our school. so in the case of a justin black, heck yeah he moves to the front of the line along with any other a&t scholarship students (not just athletes) if he has problems with admissions. the mere fact that we "recruited" these scholarship students and scholarship athletes, and paid their way to come to a&t, in my eyes, entitles them to special treatment because they are "special" students, not normal students. scholarship students bring value to a&t, otherwise we wouldn't give them scholarships.
i'd move our weekend basketball games back to evening hours and watch our attendance figures lead the meac again. women at 6pm, guys at 8pm. no more early afternoon games on saturday!
i'd block off the general classroom parking lots across from aggie stadium and charge fees to park there just like other meac schools do. could probably make some good money doing that with very low overhead costs.
i'd either pursue major renovations of the upper level of the corbett center or seek a brand new arena all together.
i'd make sure we have the best athletics website in the meac, the best streaming video services, and a student run streaming video weekly coach's show for the 3 major sports (football, men's and women's basketball).
until the football program proves it can win "at least" 5 fcs games a season, i'd have at least 1 or maybe even 2 easily beatable d2 teams on the schedule. when we prove we can consistently win 5 or more games per season, i'd replace the d2 teams with at least 1 strong fcs team (like elon or app state) and 1 fbs money game (like duke or wake forest).
i'd move homecoming to week 1 and play edward waters if that's what it takes to win a friggin' homecoming game! no more meac games for homecoming until we prove we can win those games! if we must play an meac school, maybe howard should be our homecoming opponent instead of bcu or morgan. anything to win a homecoming game!
the last thing i'd do is wake up to realize this was only a dream! and return to our "dysfunctional" world called aggie athletics... ;D

I would like to throw my hat into the ring. Give me the job. Its not rocket science, just some vision and a plan, some much needed common sense and a lot of practicality.

A few years ago they did that. You had to pay $5 to park in the parking lot next to the union. But for some reason they stopped it. I didn't have a problem paying the $5. Does anyone know why they stopped?

Does anyone know why they stopped? $5! that's all? man, they should've charged more than $5, especially on homecoming day. i think they could easily charge $10 or even more on homecoming day...

For Homecoming, yes. But for a regular home game, if it were $10 I'd park by McNair and walk ;D
