How do you allow a delay of game when you're at the 4 yard line?

Ballgame!
A&T - 19 FAMU - 22
OT
Sylvester runs in from 14 yds to beat the Aggies.
No Offense in the second half...Mayhew out, Drake out.
With those two in the game, A&T has pretty good offense!

Can't be mad at the outcome. It seems that we played hard today but did Mayhew & Drake get hurt? That sucks.
I feel bad for em.

The coaches blew this one. Fans were yelling for a timeout. The red waited 4 seconds after the playclock hit 0 to throw the flag. I just don't understand why we have to put up with subpar coaching.

Also, why would you ever choose to go first in overtime? Its seems to me that you would rather see how many points FAMU can put on the board first, then you know if you need to go for it on 4th down or kick a field goal.

Yep.. We had several chances to score a TD but had to settle for a FG and then took FAM a couple of plays to punch it in for the go ahead win

A&T didn't choose to go on offense. FAMU won the toss & chose to go on defense

A&T didn't choose to go on offense. FAMU won the toss & chose to go on defense It doesn't matter, A&T didn't know how to take advantage of the opportunities presented to them (during regulation time) to win. When overtime came around, they continued to be brain dead.
