I was at work telling a co-worker about THE GAME just the other day. He played at Bowie State. I told him we would have dragged them through the mud back in the day. I told him about Jay Walker, the Flee and net, and their defensive end Jose White #94. I also, had to let him know that we had a high powered offense. Both running (W-tee) and 5 receiver set (Quins). Actually the play Coach Hayes called was a perfect call. Like another poster said the wind got a hold of the ball. We probably should've ran the ball, but with me being a former WR. I would have to say the call was perfect. No one could stop us. If you don't believe me check that stats. The kicker was Carl Warren. Which was from Fayetteville, NC. He was a sophomore at the time. If anyone recalled Carl left A&T after the fall semester. He also missed big field goals at SC State the same year. We went in overtime that game also. I only caught two passes in the game against Howard. Most of the offense went through JWhite, BTurner, and Fred. Our offensive line was one of the best. We had a killer squad. I might be able to get some film. It will be from a fans point of view. My best friends dad has all of our game films besides one from '92-'97. I will check with him. Some of you guys that went to A & T during that time probably know him John E. Crews Jr. He went to Dudley. Oh by the way. The game was so pack that the end zones and our bleachers were full of people. We couldn't even sit down in between plays half of the time, because everyone was on the sideline.

LeVary Covington was on that team, He played outside LB, He was unpluged out there. He played high school football in Richmond County. He went on to play for the Miami Dolphins. He was the truth, He was at a Aggie cookout My mother had this summer. He's good people too.

Man, if that game was on BET I know someone still has a VHS tape of it. Send it to me and I will make another highlight video. Please. Thrilla, I have that game, for some reason the recording of it was of poor quality but watchable. Let me know if you wuld still like to have it. On the same tape is another game (A&T at home against SCSU) that shows Allen Hooker and Herbert Harbison.

Yeah! I know LeVary very well. We use to call him "Big Ham". He was definetly the best Linebacker that I've played with or seen come through A & T during our time.

I'd like for someone to post a roster of all the Aggies that went to the NFL and the years they played at A&T. Thanks

One of the greatest games/Homecomings ever!!!!! Great crowd and the atmosphere was electric. And at the same time one of the most heartbreaking!!!! It was my sophomore year and me and my boys were at the game looking good and feeling good. And I'll be darned if Big Jay Walker didn't look like he was running in slow motion!!!!! I almost cried after that one.
P.S. The SC State game in Orangeburg that year was just about as exciting.

Man, you're trying to get everyone up in here sued. LOL
That game broadcast it sole property of BET. I don't think you can resale it as a fundraiser.
However, if you want to go the barber shop route ....

the disappointing thing about this game is what happened afterwards.... it's like the players were so focused on going undefeated they forgot about the big picture... the playoffs!!! if we go 10-1 we get an automatic bid + home playoff games.... we go 9-2 we get an automatic bid!!!! we finish what 8-3
