I heard that A&T is supposed to play I-A La. Lafayette in Lafayette this September.
It was mentioned at the Aggie Club meeting.
That should be interesting depending on how we play.

Good, I'm glad to see us back on a 11 game schedule. We will be adding to their 12th game on September 23rd. We had no one on our schedule and they had an open date.
The AD spot for them is vacant at present.
They went 6-5 last year. Started fast ended poorly.

This year the Rajun cajun start off with LSU and Texas A&M on the road and then McNeese State at home before they play us. I was wondering if a div-1 team can play two div 1-AA games in the same year

That sounds like what the A.D. said she wanted to do. She said she wanted to play out of state if we had to play a I-A. I'm surprised she knew that Lafayette was I-A. She didn't know Navy was I-A.
I wonder what we'll get for this embarassment, if it actually happens. The fact they have McNeese on the schedule makes me wonder if they'll take another I-AA.

McNeese State was scheduled with the thought of the NCAA addiing a 12th game for I-AA. When that fell thru, they were dropped.

Just think we might have to play these boys after Texas A&M and LSU where the Rajun Cajun might be held to under seven points in both of those games. I hope the payout is good

I thought that Morgan State game was supposed to be the Prince Georges Classic at FedEx field.
When was it moved back to be a home game?

Morgan didn't want to pay us to buy out our home game plus the sponsors dropped off when they became convinced they couldn't draw enough to avoid a loss in a Stadium that big.

The Circle City Classic wanted A&T and Morgan to play in that game, but from what I understand Morgan did not agree to move the game to Indianapolis. I guess they were intent on playing in that Prince George crap.
