Small was fired on 11/22
Fobbs was hired on 12/02
At the time it was explained that there was no longer a waiting process because Fobbs wasn't going to be paid by state funds.
Fobbs was fired on 10/20
We have to wait until 1/6??
What processes have changed since then and why?
