A-1, Oleschool was referring to Robinson, the new linebackers coach.
Oleschool, I almost forgot. I don't know what they have him coaching this year (I can't even remember his name) but the longest tenured coach on the staff came straight from Hampton to coach us.
Don't get me wrong. I see where you're coming from. You and me simply couldn't go out there and coach against the Aggies. A lot of these cats are mercenaries and can lay their loyalties down like that. To be a successful coach you probably have to be able to do that.

its easier to understand switching of loyalties for a veteran coach of say five years or more. the only reason i raised the question about robinson is because he recently competed against the very guys he'll be coaching for. he'll be coaching guys who he literally went to war against. he's partially responsible for that 70-7 shellacking we took in daytona beach two years ago. and if you've ever played football before, you know there are some very crude things that are said and done on the football field.
but its all good. seriously, i don't have issues about robinson being on our staff, i'm sure he'll do a fine job. but me personally, i'd have a hard time coaching against a&t even 20 years after graduation. however, if i had one of those million dollar contracts like the big boys, i think i'd get over it rather quickly.
odums is a different story. even though he coached at bcu for a couple of years, he's actually an nccu grad. i have virtually no concerns regarding odums' loyalties when we play bcu or nccu. and i have zero concerns with odums when we play bcu because he's not a bcu grad and he only coached there a couple of years. i have just a tiny bit of concern when we play nccu but nothing worth worrying about. he's been out of durham long enough and as dooms stated, he has a significant paycheck that supports his family which should motivate him against nccu.
overall, i like the offseason moves that were made to upgrade our coaching staff. i think it will pay positive dividends this season...

I would love for the unversity to make some statement about the missing coaches from the end of last year.
Yes, bluedeathvalley.com informed our readers of their departure month agos(what up, aggie paul), but the school has still not mentioned anything about Frenchers, Adams, Dwike or Wilbanks (I think that was his name).
Are we to assume that these guys took an ill-fated cruise to the Bermuda Triangle this offseason ... or perhaps they were abducted by little green space men?
I guess the world may never know ...

Who's responsible for press releases? Maybe the next fundraiser should target some good press.

I was told that our best DL from last year that transferred, I think his last name was Jackson, transferred due to his being pissed off because Fobbs got rid of coach Frenchers. I don't know how true this is but I was told this was the case. I would love to know the reason Frenchers was fired.

So would he.
I read somewhere (most likely here) that the kid was actually Dwike's cousin or something like that and left when Dwike was canned.
