Are they going to actually expand the building ... or just renovate the existing space?

I'm looking forward to realistic progress.
I'm fighting multiple factories now with unrealistic growth expectations lol.
"Just expand here", "add a building or two there", "add more technology and bathrooms".....
Do we have the additional planned growth power capacity readily available at our current Substations? Does our current sewer and storm water systems support the immediate growth expectations? How's our boilers performing with providing heat and hot water with our current expansions on campus?
I'd like to see how our current infrastructure supports "our" growth plan expectations and timelines.

Are they going to actually expand the building ... or just renovate the existing space? Expand the locker room not the building, there are two offices across the hall that I believe aren't being used. I don't believe $2 million will be enough to fund the entire project but just the money we're receiving from the state.
