I guess I am getting older. It was good to see Coach Hayes (A&T/Central game). It was a shame that so many Aggies don't know who he is or what he did for the football program.
I guess we will all be forgotten.

It's been 20 years since he coached at A&T, it is reasonable for people not to know who the man is. Especially the students that have graduated in the past 16 years. Should they give the man his flowers now; yes. Maybe name a meeting room/ locker room after him, absolutely.

It seemed that the crowd really didn't acknowledge him. If you don't know, you don't know.

Hayes got let go in what 2002. Many of these kids weren't even born or were babies

I sat beside Coach Cal Ervin once in Corbett and did know who he was. We do not do a good job of announcing and recognizing our greats.
