Heard rumblings that SC State might get added back in. Those aren’t rumblings.

Playing a weak schedule does nothing to attract talented players and will cause you more harm than good . Yes it's good for the fans but not good for the program. Athletes want to compete with and against other talented players especially if they have eyes on the NFL . Stop panicking and let Brown and staff do their jobs and if they can not produce wins ,find a HC with a staff that can . Coach Brown is on the clock as is his staff . As I said before "the OC is not the only one that needs replacing " and more staff changes will come . If I was one of the Coaches on the offensive side of the ball I wouldn't be comfortable at all, in my opinion.

I think SC State would likely be in Orangeburg next year...If we do a home and home...probably should go to them since they scheduled to come to us back in 2022...

I only said they would be here in 2024 because with 12 games , that would give us 6 home and 6 away
Home games
4 CAA games ( Hampton and Elon home) WSSU game SCSU game
Would be a STRONG home game package. Now if we report the attendance for all our games lol , our numbers would be up there.

2025 needs more appealing matchups.
Current 2025 home opponents are:
Furman and NCCU, we need another appealing matchup to drive season ticket sales.
2024 has 3 appealing matchups:
WSSU ELON HU GHOE

I think he is saying all the home games besides GHOE.
GHOE does not need to be an appealing matchup; it will sell out regardless.

Current 2025 home opponents are: Furman and NCCU, we need another appealing matchup to drive season ticket sales. 2024 has 3 appealing matchups: WSSU ELON HU GHOE What we really need is a better playing team in 2024! It doesn't matter who's on our schedule, if we're playing sorry-azz football again nobody showing up! Give me a welled coached winning team first and worry about the opponents later. Trust me, more people will show up if we are kicking every team's azz no matter who the opponent is. Here's my theory... If we had beat or even looked good losing to those CAA and MEAC teams this season, there would be less bitching about the PWIs on our schedule. Hey, our fanbase doesn't like to lose and we (me included) just absolutely hate to lose to any PWI. But since we played gawd-awful football most of the season, everyone focused on our stupid move to the CAA. Why was it stupid? Because we "volunteered" to play in an athletic league that everybody knew we did not have the talent, coaching, or resources to be successful. That's stupid!

While we're at it, can we get that Georgia game OFF OF THE SCHEDULE? It's pointless, we shouldn't play that game, we are NOT in that dimension, and my fear is that a lot of our kids will get hurt! Those boys have access to state of the world EVERYTHING, and even their 3's and 4's are 5-star. NOT A GOOD GAME FOR US TO PLAY!!! It's for the 💰 so I say play the game. It's not like we can't use the paycheck? Nothing to lose on our part. Injuries can happen at any time against any opponent. Anyways I think this is nothing more than a contingency game for UGA. With the SEC adding more schools I almost guarantee they're going to want back this spot on the schedule. I'm betting they'll find a more lucrative contest or need our date for conference scheduling. In the end they'll buy us out. Then we can replace them with a cupcake for about $50k. Possible brilliant move on our part and definitely worth the risk if you ask me.

Play the game and give your best shot it's that simple. You didn't see SCSU running away from Clemson, why should A&T run away from GA. Also for those Athletes that have their eyes on the Show-NFL what better way can they prove themselves then against a team like GA.
