They they terminate him now without a thorough investigation, he will sue them and win and then they will be in an even deeper hole.

I always wondered if they even attempted to offer the job to London's o.c. for continuity's sake.
As for Prince, I shrug my shoulders at over half the allegations.
If the folks at Howard had any sense they'd have sent a contingent down to Ayantee and asked "so what did you guys do?" Cause what we didn't do was hire a "name" guy that hadn't actually accomplished anything at our level.

Probably the driving force behind the Prince hire was that Howard did not want a HBCU guy. They had some success with London so they went that route again without thoroughly thinking it through. Just because he Coached in the pros did not mean he would be successful at Howard. Yea they should looked at the OFF Coord or looked at successful D2 Coaches or Coord. from a D1 located in an urban environment.

But they can Demote Him and move him to another area in the athletic department if they do not find cause to terminate . I personally shrug my shoulders at some of the comments that were made by the parents and players because all Coaches do it in there on way . The problem is how does Prince get his players and his Locker Room back if no wrongdoing is found . I agree if Howard terminate Sam there will be a lawsuit based on the facts it will be in his favor because there was no physical interaction . Howards best bet maybe to arbitrate the situation and come up with some type of buyout of his contact of his contact . It's not like it has not been done before .

First thing you want to do is see if he actually has "lost" the locker room or just a few players. If there are some guys on the team that are willing to go the distance with him then it means he just lost a few cats who probably already left the team or want to control the hiring and firing situation.
You have to assume the report comes from one player's parents who was among the injured players that was threatened with a loss of a scholarship due to an injury, and who threatened to go to the administration and was called a sorority sister as a result. If we could stomach watching a Howard game we could probably pick out the player sitting with the other injured players away from the team. A player like that is a CANCER. That being typed, there are ways to deal with people that don't result in alienating them, and good ole Ron has never really figured out how to do that throughout his career.
Oleschool has said it repeatedly and he is correct. Henry Frazier was about the ONLY hire they should have made. He's qb friendly, he's a local, and he knows the conference. His dirty laundry is behind him at this point.

Howard probably got shafted by London. Looking at their team, you would think that he would have left a wealth of talent, but it doesn't look like he did. So, the new coach, no matter his credentials, may have had little to work with for his system. We had a similar relationship situation years ago between the players and their coach. The coach was asked to move on. So, sometimes when you peel back the covers, you may find things that are not necessarily good for your program. We will have to wait for all of the investigative reporters on this site to sniff out what is really going on at Howard. We also hired a coach like London, who came to the program leaving. He had no intentions of staying more than a year. That's ok if you inherit outstanding talent or recruit outstanding talent to leave at your former school.

We were in a pretty rough place when we hired Broadway but he had a track record of building and winning at our level so he was able to come out the gate and exceed expectations.
Henry Frazier rebuilt Prairie View. And he’s from the DC area. Prairie View was the worst program EVER. I guarantee you had he shown up coaching Howard this year you wouldn’t see any of these problems they’re having and you wouldn’t see any transfers either. They might very well be over .500 right now and we’d be sweating bullets worrying about baby Cam coached by Henry and staff coming to our house.
Wasted opportunity on their part. Too bad.
