Ochocinco coming to our camp could open some doors in south Florida for us , he spoke very highly of us being a top program and the reasons why . Now everybody knows that you can make it to the pros from here , his influence could maybe land a few jewels from that area .

Like Craig, I was able to attend the practice session at Smith last Saturday. Couple of observations: - Raynard looks like he is already is mid-season form. Tight spirals in all the individual drills; good footwork and timing in the 11 on 11 stuff.
- E. Bell was not wearing a boot but he still was held out of practice. Nobody seemed too concerned but personally I have not really seen him do anything football-wise since the Celebration Bowl. Almost impossible for him to not be rusty when he finally does return to action.
- Dacquari Wilson looks solid at the center position. No bad snaps from what I saw and he was manhandling D-lineman in position drills. He might be one less thing we have to worry about as far as the O-line goes.
- Z. Rush made a nice play in 11-on-11 drills in which he broke sharply on a slant pass and made the interception. He looks like he might be the tallest of all the linebackers. Probably a legit 6'3 right now.
- We got a quick glimpse of the athleticism of Chance Pride. He is both fast and extremely quick and has an uncanny knack for getting separation. They had him mostly working on kick returns but he also caught a couple of deep passes in the receiver drills
- South Carolina transfer Antoine Wilder was working with the first-team defense at outside linebacker. Or maybe it was the rover position; kinda hard to tell.
- That new WR from Navy is huge. He looks like a tight end but is a very smooth runner. My guess is he could probably fill in the Trey Scott role if they were looking for a duplicate.
- Ahmad Bah and Zach Leslie both made some circus catches on deep balls when it looked like they were well covered. I feel sorry for any smaller Dbs who have to cover these guys on fade routes.

also how can you not mention the best DB better than mccain the magnificent 14 Timadre Abram the foot work of this guy and the way he stick with his man he will be going pro.
how about Breontae Matthews how did he look. This guy will be better than Brandon P.

How does Spivey look?

- Forgot to look for Spivey. Will try to scout him in detail next time out.'
- Also, I didn't have a roster in front of me, so I wasn't able to identify most of the linemen except the guys I recognized from last year.
- Mac McCain got burned by Zack Leslie deep on a one-on-one drill. That's the only thing I remember about him from the practice.
- I did notice a No. 8 who looked pretty impressive in position drills and later I found out that was that new kid Joseph Stuckey. He will probably crack the depth chart sooner rather than later.
- I saw the new tight end TeVaughn Higgins and he was much bigger than I expected. He's gotta be a legit 6'4 and his legs were like tree trunks. Not sure how quick he is, but dude definitely looks like a full grown college football player already.

Another practice visit, another new WR emerges on my radar.
Yesterday it was No. 89 Rashad Bovian. At first I though I was looking at Malik Wilson, but eventually I realized this was a totally different guy catching deep passes down the sideline and over the middle.
He made a bunch of plays during the time I was out there and folks were saying he had been lighting the defense up all practice.
No. 86 Jordan McDaniel also caught my attention, as did Zach Leslie (again) and the Navy Transfer Quinzel Lockhart. Both of them got a lot of reps in the 11 on 11 drills.
E.Bell was not practicing when I got there, but they say he did some work in the earlier position drills.
Mac Mcain was not practicing either. Not sure why.
True freshman Joseph Stuckey was getting a lot of work at the Rover position.

Oh, and one more thing: it can not be overstated just how sharp Raynard is looking in practice.
He is dialed in on every snap like this is the 4th quarter of the Celebration Bowl.
Seem's like he is fully embracing the pressure and heightened expectations that come with all these preseason accolades he's garnered.
