Undrafted free agent signings 2016: Every team's pickups in one place
By Andy Hutchins @andyhutchins on May 1, 2016, 9:01p
The 2016 NFL Draft is in the books and another heated period of the NFL talent acquisition process is spinning up. Undrafted rookie free agency is a wild ride that follows the seventh round of the NFL Draft every year, as dozens of players not fortunate enough to be picked field contract offers from the league's 32 teams, with both sides hunting for a perfect match. There's obviously some stigma to going undrafted for college players, but becoming an undrafted free agent does put some of the power back in those players' hands: instead of being at the mercy of the draft process, players can now choose their own entry point into the NFL, to some degree. Coveted UDFAs often even weigh offers from multiple teams against each other, and teams that didn't have picks to spend on players late in the draft can now entice them with bonuses paid out of a modest undrafted free agent budget every NFL team has available during the process. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Tony McRae over the last few years. Definitely one of my favorites players of this era. Best of luck!

We could have 3 on the list next year. Good Luck Tony I hope the 3 u talking about is not including cohen. In my mind he will get drafted especially if he has a breakout year. The way he played in the celebration bowl he will be on somebody radar these scouts are not stupid.

the only way cohen will improve his stats in a big way next season is for our o-line to significantly improve their performance...

McRae was cut this past week. CB Hamilton from SCSU and OL from Hampton still on the Raider roster. All of the rookie DBs that they kept were 6-0 or taller. Pushed off the roster by five tryout players that made the cut. Hoping that he gets another shot somewhere as a kick returner.
