Listened to most of the game on my phone. Defense has to do a better job of getting off the field on 3rd down. Quick did better than expected. The td before halftime was a good sign for the future. WVa State playing time will be real interesting...

It wont even be close. Kindle will start and finish the next game. Quick did all you could ask from a freshman, but you could tell the playbook was limited because he was the starter. Overall, we didn't see the real A&T offense today and our o-line has to block better. Defense has to get off the field on 3rd down.

I agree Quick did the most you could ask from a freshman. I am sure he would like to have several of his passes back. Two biggest wore the missed TD passes

Three interceptions, a safety, two overthrown td passes and one pass thrown behing Raper in the end zone. Quick has huge potential and played with heart but he's just not ready at this point. I t's best to bring him along slowly if we can afford to.

CCU ain't much better than us - full strength. This came could have been a toss-up if we had Kindle. Lewis Kindle - you better get your act together. Your name came up in numerous discussions in the bleachers. It is ridiculous to have our starting QB be the dude who's the biggest head case on the team. This football team fought hard today. Quick tried all he could to fill in, but he's a freshman.
I left the game sort of dejected - but I didn't leave it upset. The effort was there. We didn't look like clowns. We competed without our full component of players. We're improving - Broadway has us going in the right direction.

I thought Quick played a pretty good game. He kept us competitive, he made a couple poor decisions but all in all I think played pretty well. On the other hand , I was surprised by our defense performance, I thought we would come out and dominate a little bit more. I was looking forward to the matchup of D'Vonte Graham Vs.Their Star reciever Matt Hazel but it never materialize. One of the coaches said that Hazel wasnt that good to have the special treatment of being followed by Graham. Graham didnt give up a catch in the game & his lone interception came when he was guarding guess who..Matt Hazel..But I believe our defense will get it together & we should be in the top ten in the fcs again

Let me start off with what went right last night at the Coastal Carolina game. Zach Cimaqlia our kicker is the real deal. I don't know how we got him out of Charlotte but he is going to give us an advantage in every game. Now if our special team can just get down field faster and make some tackles, that would really help. But there was one Zach punt and tackle that will stick in my mind forever. It was a classic!
I was disappointed that our defense wasn't able to put more pressure on CCU's QB. He's too good to let sit in the pocket and wait for receivers to get open. We just couldn't get to him enough to throw off his game. And there was one CCU receiver (a little kid) last night that we never could cover. Our DB's are good but they're not miracle workers...they need help from the line to pressure the QB. I've heard our Linebackers were monsters...they were not last night.
Part of the defense's problem last night was they stayed on the field too much and too long. That's what happens when your offense doesn't put together long time-consuming drives. With a true freshman QB starting his first game, I expected the offense to struggle. We did but I really enjoyed watching the young kid play. He made the typical freshman mistakes but I saw enough last night to know he's going to win a lot of ball games for A&T. I'd like to see Kindle come back because he will give us the best chance to win now but if the freshman can cut down his mistakes, he will be fun to watch.
Coastal Carolina was a better team last night! In the second half they just lined up and wore us down. But I know we will get better but it will take some more time and effort. I'm proud of our effort last night and looking forward to the game next Saturday. And I still have Aggie Pride!
