The thing about Changing a Ingrained Cultural train of thought is that, You have to be willing to Change your Concept of Cultural Norms their by Change Yourselves. I don't see that happening at any HBCU. What I see is a lack off outreach too the Community, Alumni with in and outside of the state of N.C. !! When I was in High school at page A&T would have a High School Appreciation Day and let all high schools in at half price. I don't know if A&T is still doing that now but it was a big deal back then. Even if we had a Business Appreciation Day you would make your money back in mass. And for the Tailgaters have a Barbecue cook off and give a $ prize to the winner that is donated from some Business in the area. That would get some of the Businesses involved. Hail I no my people If they think they can win something like a Nice Gill at a game, They will be their with Tickets in Hand and Kids inline on a CABLE-TOW . And do this at each home game . The are Business that will donate items to the Univ to give away at games. But most HBCU's are to Proud to ask them for the Donations. Their are ways to make that money, with out touching the Cultural Mind set of your patrons . Hell Jag lady brought 15 tickets at 10$ a pop trying to win a dog gone Antique Lamp At a high school game. We went to walmart and saw a lamp that looked just like it for 19.99$ But she said it is not and Antique Feel me

I feel you, but the concentration has to stay in-state in my opinion. How many people are going to drive over 2 hours on the norm? Not many. You have to concentrate on your Triad/Triangle/Charlotte base. We have enough alumni in those place to fill Aggie Stadium and then some. GHOE will take care of itself with out-of-staters, but week to week crowds has to come from the in-state alumni and their friends/families. I know 3 graduates personally that dont attend weekly games and STILL stay in Greensboro. I bet everyone on this board knows at least 3-5 people like that.

I agree AGGIE MONSTER: Greensboro has a win fall of AGGIE Alums that do not come to the games , that is so-so true But How do we get them to attend the games are support AGGIE sports . They should have a family package are something. Most large family's can not afford to pay for 5 or6 tickets at 30$ a hit. From talking to friends at home they are saying that they just can't afford it any more. . Is the Marketing Dept doing Outreach at all

A&T HAVE NOT WON ANY CHAMPIONSHIPS IN YEARS. UNTIL THE AGGIES WIN A BIGTIME CHAMPIONSHIP THE CULTURE WILL NOT CHANGE. JUST WIN BABY AND A CHANGE IS COMING!
