Washington, D.C - The Washington, D.C. Aggie Club held its virtual launch party last night, March 1, 2010, to unveil its new website in support of the 4th annual D.C. Aggie Golf Classic. The website is www.DCAggieGolfClassic.com and you can friend them on Facebook tm as DCAggieGolfClassic through DC Aggie (Admin). As partygoers toasted to the golf classic’s previous years of success, they looked forward to the future of the tournament which will now be greatly enhanced by the addition of the new website. The website will allow Golf Classic participants to transact all registration, sponsorship, and donation activities online. The D.C. Thanks Decks, I did receive the form you filled out. Could you now go to the blue side of the page where it says "e-payment" to make your donation via paypal or credit card? I will simplify the page this weekend to lessen the confusion.

Thanks Decks for your donation! You're Great!
Come on Aggies and follow suit with Decks! If you can't participate in the Classic, then make a donation! All the proceeds from this event is strictly for Aggie Athletics. We're looking forward to bigger and better things for Aggie Athletics, but we have to show our support to make it all possible.

Decks, thanks! Another Aggie Walking the Walk!
Since we have started a mutual admiration society, it should be noted that Hollywood is the President of the DC Aggie Club (for at least a couple more months or longer as the need may require -- ;D). He was instrumental in getting us motivated in establishing the DC Aggie Golf Classic.
We are in our 4th year and getting better each year. As you can see from the website (www.DCAggieGolfClassic.com) there are many sponsorship opportunities and no donation is too small. We are always seeking feedback on ways to improvement everything about this event, so any and all ideas are welcomed.
The first year Wheeler Brown stopped in. Last year Coach Lee graced us with his presence (I know what you thinking don't post it)! This year the new Athletic Director of NCA&T Aggie Athletics, Earl Hilton, has agreed to participate . So register to play and come out to meet and greet Earl , other Aggies and other local Alums.
Aggie Pride!

I was thinking that, but he (Hilton) said he was coming, so please come out and support the event, hear the new AD (he will have to share at least a few words) and we will see if we can convince the Chancellor to show up as well.

We are still looking for DC area golfers. Go to www.DcAggieGolfClassic.com to register, donate, or provide sponsorship. The deadline for “hole sign” sponsorship is Sunday, June 19, 2011. This $100 donation per sign allows you put a sign with text of your choosing (with in decency rules, of course) at any or all tee boxes of the golf course. Phil McAlpin has been added to the roster of Aggie officials coming up to support the DC Aggie Club’s only annual fundraiser.
