I ran to every CVS, Walgreens, Borders, Barnes and Nobles, Ride Aid, etc and couldnt find one JET. WTH?!? (thats a different soap box...anyway... if they stole that pic...GET EM!!! lol ;D
But there were two other guys who kept asking if they could take pictures and one guy with a CCC polo on and about 7 press passes hanging around his neck that just took the dang pics... (and was in my way during halftime...)
Not sure whose they are but really grateful for the national exposure during a peak time of recruitment for my squad. Also, the ladies were invited to perform for the High School Showstyle Marching Band Nationals next Friday evening in Atlanta, GA. Wish us luck...this is a great opportunity to gain young ladies from the best bands in the nation and keep the Sweethearts moving forward.

Oh and good luck in Atl GD. There is a flag and danceline competition held in DC every year called the C.A.R.E. Those folks really should invite Golden Delight since A&T has such a large Alumni base in the DMV area and the dancelines up there are great. The football team should learn how to recruit like the band they are getting it in early.

Well, The band looked and sounded a hot mess on Saturday. What kind of show was that for University Day - are we trying to run new Aggies away??? The football team is doing enough of that! You had fans in the stand that were Seniors in high school - watching our every move. At least give them a good show. Cheerleaders too!!  |

Well, The band looked and sounded a hot mess on Saturday. What kind of show was that for University Day - are we trying to run new Aggies away??? The football team is doing enough of that! You had fans in the stand that were Seniors in high school - watching our every move. At least give them a good show. Cheerleaders too!! Wow from what I heard from AGGIES and friends at the game, the Machine did excellent  .. except for the Dance routine.. But oh well, can't please everybody.. <Shrugs Shoulders>  |

Maybe we watched a different show but the band sounded excellent. Of course they can play No Hands, Pretty Girls Dueces and all that but it doesnt showcase the talent the Machine has. The seniors in high school especially if they are from the triad area are familiar with A&T and if they are in the band in thier high school trust they play the same type of music. But I guess if you arent to familiar with bands if the band isnt playing the newest Drake song and if the dance girls arent p-popping and gyrating the whole time they look a mess *kanye shrug* Oh and I have the magazine ****SCORE**** |
