The good news is that yesterday I talked to former defensive end Tyre Glasper - one third of the Motown Connection, one fourth of the Four Horsemen - and he said he just accepted a contract offer with the Arizona Rattlers of the new Arena Football League. He mentioned he actually had offers from a couple of teams in that league but felt most comfortable with the opportunity in Arizona. We'll definitely be looking forward to following his career on the next level.
The great news is my best friend Dooms just welcomed his first son into the world this morning. The kid's name is William and he measured six pounds, 14 ounces. Reportedly the little dude has a head full of hair. Hopefully he looks more like his mama.
I'm sure Dooms will hit us up with more info and photos once he gets settled.
