Cool, but I dont like that they are not paying the school though. They dont seem to have official rights to logo, so they can only use text and other non-copyrighted bulldogs.

i like their gear but i guess they didn't get the memo that aggies are now predominantly wearing "gold" gear instead of blue. whenever i'm at games, i keep tellin' vendors if they want to make a ton of money they'd sell a wide assortment of predominantly "gold" aggie sportswear.
by the way, about a year or so ago, somebody posted a link where you can purchase "re-conditioned" aggie football jerseys. i purchased a gold aggie football jersey from that website and i absolutely love it! so much so, that i'd like to buy another one but i can't find the link that i used. if anyone remembers that link and still has it, please post it again.
the jerseys i'm talking about are "authentic" aggie football jerseys and they're very durable. they're not "replica" jerseys that the numbers and lettering wears off of. mine has a "barely visible" blood stain on it that you can't really see casually. but i take pride in that blood stain because i know my jersey has been to war!
the website that i'm referring to had all sizes and numbers in both gold and navy blue. i often wondered why a&t doesn't cut out the middle man and sell outdated "re-conditioned" jerseys to the general public themselves. they could probably do the same thing with outdated basketball jerseys too. i'd be willing to bet they could make a fortune on an authentic james "the bird" sparrow jersey! i know i'd buy one...

I bought a jersey from there as well and I think I have the link on my home pc. I prefer the Blue instead of all gold plus, it is also my favorite color.

They use generic bulldog logos for our stuff cause they are not licensed. While its legal to use the TEXT you cant use the logo unless your licensed. I would say they are bordering illegal even using the name, but I'm sure they were careful about what they could and could not do.

If that's the case why isn't every college and university in the nation represented?

If that's the case why isn't every college and university in the nation represented? Cause they got better legal departments than the universities listed. Notice there is no UNC, DUKE, Wake Forest, or NC State. They probably already shut that down. All they list are the "small fries" in NC cause they probably haven't been contacted by them yet. If someone's legal contacts them they will probably remove that school immediately. I'm not saying the stuff isn't nice, but If they are not using the A&T logo then they are NOT officially licensed and haven't given the school any money to use it. The other option would be that they are officially licensed and dont give a damn about our logo cause that would make production cost higher. It might be a nitch to sell smaller schools stuff with a generic look cause our online stores all suck.

I sent an email to three Aggie officials requesting confirmation on whether this site has an agreement with A&T. If not, it can't be too difficult for our General Counsel to issue a cease and desist letter.

I'll stick with the book store, Wal-Mart and the Aggie Club for my outer wear. I know the profits in those cases does indeed go back to the university and are licensed.

The first reply to my confirmation request is; "I have forwarded this information to our legal department. I am not aware of this company. Once I get a response from legal, I will follow up with you. Thank you,"

Thanks, but all respect goes to The Aggie Monster's keen eye for the potential lack of reciprocity between the the organizations.
