What'd Morgan do to us the last time we played them with Berry on their staff? Morgan's offense had a career day and Lee's defense shut us out |

A&T needs recruits every year. The best football programs in the country bring in 20-something to 30-something recruits every year. Surely a doormat like A&T needs to have a recruiting class every year.

If another MEAC school hires Berry as OC I will be thrilled! One less offense to worry about. The rumor has Coach Berry as the OL coach. I think Ted White is the OC. |

What'd Morgan do to us the last time we played them with Berry on their staff? From the games I remember. It wasn't the play calling. It was that we kept losing track of their scrambling QB. It would be 3rd and 8 and he would stand back there for about 3 seconds and then take off for the first down. I remember it happening on several key drives. So actually it wasn't the play call. That broke down and he just decided to run. It also didn't help that our offense had 1 weapon and that was bruising tailback. Of course you can put up points if the other team keep sgiving you the ball back. I dont fear a Berry offense at all. I would rather face him than have him. And who was our coach then? sheeet, our defense was horrible the last two times we faced Morgan under Berry's offense. Its ironic that we are probably the ones that padded his stats to even make him look like a decent OC and he comes here and gets exposed. It was 41-3 in 2008(the middle of the longest losing streak in MEAC history). Our players and coaches were horrible that year. We got smashed by EVERYONE. It was 22-17 in 2007. Thats that game I was talking about with the scrambling QB. In 2008 he padded his stats against us and other Div2 opponents. Against Div1 teams they scored 16,0, 13, 31(Howard),9,0, 17. In my sarcasm voice "Oh, thats a real powerhouse offense right there!". Good riddance. You wanna go back to 2007 against Div1? 21,17,33,32,22,17,14,16,21 While better than 2008, its still average. how many of those scores were defensive? Guess who the 33, 32, and 22 were against? Just pick that bottom 3 of the MEAC at the time and you would be correct. This man resume sucks other than the fact that he has actually been an OC at the Div1 level for years. I got coworkers that been on the job for 15 years and they still suck at what they do. |

My point is, he sucks except against us. We repeatedly give people all types of motivation to beat the crap out of us by not doing things properly.

I see your point, but who has actually sucked against us over the past 5 years? Hillside's staff could have brought in Morgan's athletes and beat us 4 out of the last 5 games. We've been beaten so badly over the last 6-7 years that the website doesn't go back past 2009, and I dont blame them. |

I'm hearing stuff about teams like Campbell and Western Carolina, Wofford, Elon, and App. Also the Big 3(Duke, Carolina, State) of course, but nothing on HBCUs at all.
I even know a couple for Citadel and Towson. I did hear one for Elizabeth City. Linebacker.
Duke snatched up 5 in-state recruits.

There is a difference between a scholarship, and a loan. Let's be real here.
Lee brought in a great class last year, but people don't wanna give time to fix the underlying problems in our football program. Everyone wants the quick fix.
