4XL, what do you think the money in this campaign should go towards? Scholarships, recruiting, summer school, or just a general football program fund? I would say summer school.

I'm having a blonde moment. Do we/will we have 2 separate fundraisers/donation links - one for the football team and one for women's basketball?

Yeah. Two completely different donation pages. That's the only way I can keep the money separate.

So, is this thing broken? www.active.com/donate/payforwins09How does $100 + $100 + $50 + $0 = $310? Who makes a $0 donation? Why does $0 even register? And lastly, where is everybody? Two wins, time to tally up!

One donor requested that their amount be hidden (not sure why), so to make sure that their name showed up on the leader board I had to record the amount as $0.00.

Will donors get a receipt for tax purposes for our "charitable contribution"?

Yeah, you receive an instant confirmation receipt whenever you make an online donation.

One donor requested that their amount be hidden (not sure why), so to make sure that their name showed up on the leader board I had to record the amount as $0.00. Does this named individual understand that one of the biggest enticements to fundraising is to see that someone has given? (I can't wait to tell Kiki this ;D) Since it's now obvious what the amount is. That $0 donation listed on the leaderboard can be quite confusing to potential givers. For those thinking along these same lines it would be preferred to register as anonymous, with say, a $500 donation, than your name next to a zero.

I like to thank the most recent additions to the leaderboard Ms. Angela Eaddy and Mr. Randall Dunn, Aggies that didn't have to, but choose to support this fundraiser for Summer School. It appears we also received another mysterious donation of $150. A special thanks to the mysterious donor(s), and of course the leaders of Aggie Football would welcome many more.
Man, I sure will be glad when the leaderboard starts to scroll. Just like on public radio, now is the time to make your pledge real. Remember we are supporting student-athletes for summer school.
How important will it be to have Lewis Kindle or Larry Raper (or both) on campus for the summer, getting ahead of their classwork, working on the deep ball. You can help make it happen!

I think you may have cursed the team with this campaign.
Just like in 2006 and 2007, we haven't won a single game since folks pledged to donate money for each win.
