Intrasquad scrimmages aren't necessarily a good measuring stick on how we'll perform against other teams; however this report actually concerns me. The defense should still be dominating the offense.

Remember, it was first against second teams Decks. The first offense is just a lot better than last year with better personnel in a totally different scheme and play mix.
In a real game defenses will dominate in the early season but there are a lot more weapons available this year and not just a one man show anymore.
This offense is designed to hit quick and get the ball into the hands of people who can make vertical plays up the field as quickly as possible. Lee has gotten away from the slow developing play sets we have become too accustomed to these last three years.

Is the first defense running against the second offense? If so, how are both of these teams looking?

I think there maybe a issue regarding Eteyen Edet being eligible, does anyone know whats going own?

He has already practiced with the team for most of Fall Camp and was in all the team pictures, so I can't see why his eligibility would now come into question.

I think there maybe a issue regarding Eteyen Edet being eligible, does anyone know whats going own? i believe him an home boy from purdue was hurt so they sat out a week or so to get them 100% you know have the top boys at they're best 10 days!!!!!!!! |
