Man,
I don't know what to think. Maybe something good will come out of moving some folks around. But, with the qb situation the way that it is, we're still in a lot of trouble. As for the defense, the coordinator better shore up the weak side. Against Elon, I saw the tightend just handle the outside linebacker like he was a baby on numerous occasions. It was the right side of the defense with no. 46 or 47 at the linebacker position.

Well, the talk is there but the execution is just not happening. We need to execute with our youth to win games. IMHO, that begins on the offensive and defensive lines...play the young guys if the veterans don't step up!

I'm with both of you.
He needs to toss that 3-4 in the garbage, but it appears they won't do that, sooooo...
Likewise, if guys aren't executing, sit them down. Otherwise they get the idea that they'll play no matter what they do, and that ain't good. I'm sure the young guys don't know all the plays but like I've always said you can beat almost every team in this conference running five or six plays and executing perfectly. There are no powerhouses in this conference. It's made up of poorly coached doormats with good athletes to be honest.
The team's backs are against the wall now. It's time to show some character.
I'd take the names off the jerseys until they earned the right to have them back on there.
