I know it is still early, but that fine Brittanie would have to be the front runner right now for player of the year.
I think she is leading the conference in scoring.

she has my vote right now but I wouldn't discount Amber Bland....she usually finishes pretty strong and think right about now she is about to start opponents azzes...kinda like she did last year!

Yeah, stat-wise Brittanie will have to be considered. Sometimes though, she shoots a bad pct and that may hurt her. Brittainie definitely takes a lot of shots. lol But if I had to start a team today, give me Amber and it isn't even close.

You're crazy. Brittanie shows up every single night. You can't always say that about Amber.
She always treats the first 5 games of the year like its preseason.

She plays the point, 2, 3, and even the 4 sometimes. You're right she does take time off, so I'll give the mental edge to BT. I had a professor named Dr. Obeng who would only grade you on how you did from test to test. You could go the whole semester and not get a single A.......but would get an A for the class based on your improvement. If I was to grade the two like that, Brittanie is head and shoulders above the rest. She worked hard to get better and even played a bit in China in the offseason. So I get where you're coming from. Plus, let's just face it, she REALLY shows you what it's all about when she comes out AFTER the game. lol

Didn't you see the smiley faces? It's all love.
The big three (Bland, T-J, Cook) just want to win games and a championship but you have to admit Taylor-James is on a mission this year.

Naw, I paid the tuition. Now I earned the F, but I didn't fail myself. I just failed the class (and all the rest I took that one "semester of love."
I think that was the final I just looked at, shook my head, and left the class. I totally skipped one final that semester because I'd been out drinking homemade liquor the night before and passed out. When I came to Oprah was on. The final was at 8 a.m.
Taylor-James is the kind of girl that would have hid her paper from me when trying to cheat on a test.

There are times Bland needs to be a little more selfish. Against Charlotte it was clear they had No One who could guard her. She easily could have gone for 35 and it would have been an easier game for us.

if there's no fall off in her game the rest of the way and the team wins the meac, taylor-james will be the meac player of the year...
