\ Where are the stats if it's so good? How is it in 2008 that we can't get any info on a quality recruit? I looked and couldn't find anything either but what's your point? The kid plays for a .500 team in a great league. He probably averages 5-8 points per game as the PG and the 4th or 5th scorer. He's not a star but he's not a project. Let's move on. How do you know any of this? Blind optimism. How do you know what kind of league he's in? How do you know he's the 4th or 5th option? Does he even start? This is hilarious!!! People, part of the reason we suck in just about every major sport is because we (the fans) support mediocrity and we support it blindly!!! I'm not saying anything one way or another because I haven't seen any stats or footage of the kid. I will say this though. Every kid that is a stud has stats out there. I read a super long article on the kid and there was nothing about how the he plays basketball. If Bibbs brings me a kid out of the blue with no stats, I'll say "Dang, that's odd, but Bibbs and staff can recruit." I look at this and I'm like "What the heck is going on?" That's the point.

Look, I agree with you but that's no need to keep harping on it. But I'll answer your questions anyway. How do you know what kind of league he's in? I lived in the DC area for eight years. How do you know he's the 4th or 5th option? I didn't say he was the 4th or 5th option. I said 4th or 5th scorer. I gleaned that from looking at box scores from the three games I found box scores for. Nobody supports mediocrity! Eaves had better get his azz in gear because Bibbs is setting the internal recruiting standard and even she hasn't been able to land the elusive 6'3" or 6'4" skilled player yet. But she will. As far as the stud thing goes, Eaves doesn't recruit studs, ever. except maybe Booker (who flunked out and is playing for Livingstone now). That's not good, but it is what it is for now. I know one thing. This team has over achieved so far. That's not accepting it, that's just stating the facts. Don't make assumptions. Nobody's blind.

Oh Maxell, you're so wrong when you said no one supports mediocrity. Any supporter of Eaves does and there are plenty on this board.
And how can a D1 coach not EVER recruit studs? Isn't that crazy. I've been on that since day one. It's absurd. And I just found out that you're not blind, but there are people up here that support anything Aggie.
I don't think the team has overachieved so far because I don't think they've done anything yet.

And how can a D1 coach not EVER recruit studs? Who you asking? Anyway, I still think they have overachieved. I expected the margin of the two losses to be 25-30 points instead of half that. I may even pay the eight bucks to see what they do tonight.
