I don't know where or when, but I heard a rumor that it'd be in Charlotte.
I might have been dreaming though.

Shoot, it makes perfect sense to me. And that ain’t just because I can throw the afterparty at my house. The two largest hbcus in the state probably should play a game in the largest city in the state. Ain’t nothing else going on in this town.

Doesn't matter to me where it's played since it's their home game. I've heard that a deal to play at Wallace-Wade is looking very "iffy".

I guess your right since it is there home game. As long as ours stays at Aggie stadium then I'm good.
I keep hearing idiots talking about they my play it at NCCU. I'm like "If yall do that it will be the dumbest move(money wise) I've seen in a long time". Doing that would shut out at least 15K fans from attending.
It will engulf that already tight campus and security would be a must.

You're getting soft on us, Dooms. I remember when you hit that kid over the head with a tuba in the infamous Corbett Gym Battle Royal.

I also heard it might be moved to Charlotte. I guess those NCCU 'Buzzards'/Eagles are going for that $65,000 payout that Homemade Production and Ray Ray's Barber Shop is promising them.

Thats exactly why it doesn't need to be there. haven't they been burned enough by promoters? They actually had a game cancelled after the season started last year because of bootleg promotions. I not even dwelling on the Aggie/Eagle fiasco at NC State. They just need to tell Duke, here is our payment for rental and we take the profits. if the date is open. If they did it right they could have extra seating added to Durham County Stadium and sell that out for a huge profit. That place could definitely use the upgrade, cause Shaw aint did nothing to it. Stratch that, Shaw plays St Paul that day.

I heard the last time Duke let NCCU use their stadium back in the 70's some of the NCCU fans were a bit unruly. I think I even heard someone drove an automobile on the playing field.

That did happen, but this aint the 70s man. You cant even get a car on that field now without going through 3 or 4 gates.
Duke does have an away game that week, so the possibility is definitely there. Personally, I'm a little biased and also sick f everything being in Charlotte. Why move your fans 2 hrs when you can make just as much money staying within your city. They might as well pay us to split the gate if they going to do that.
