4XLAGGIE, What's up!!!!!! I was wondering if you were going to answer my questions about the strength & conditioning program since you inside the team. We have sat in the stands, watched on T.V., and listen on the internet for eight games this year. No one in this forum has to sit in on coaches meetings nor attend pratice to know what's going on accept you. Richmond County's playbook is deeper than our sh*&. Hey look at it like this, it's not going to be alot of meetings left for you. I'm tired of talking, next time you all hear from me is the next time Smalls does something that makes no sense!!!!!!

dj98, there is nothing wrong with our strength and conditioning program. We actually hired a new strength coach this year and he has implemented a nutritional program also. He has brought in new equipment and he was given equipment and weights from a gym that closed down in Greensboro which he gave to A&T. The team is not where they need to be strength wise but I believe with our new strength coach we will be there sooner than later.

Don't feel bad, PastPirate, nobody on this website has for the past 2 seasons and 8 games.

It does nothing for him and nothing for the team and nothing for the Aggie fans who have been forced to watch this idiot brand of coaching for the last 3 years. Pipe down Mr. Freeze... If I recall correctly, "the last three years" includes a CHAMPIONSHIP!! And, NO, that wasn't Bill Hayes' championship... it was SMALL'S!! No matter the fate of the coaching staff, I can't allow you guys to discredit the job they did in my senior year. Hell, if nothing else, they gave us extra stuff to celebrate on Saturday nights. (And Lord knows we didn't need to fish for things to celebrate) I woulda let "2 years" ride... but the "idiotic" football that you make reference to brought us some "idiotic glimmering rings" in 03-04. Don't forget that.

He's right.
There were some dumb decisions in year one (the failure to take a no-brainer knee against Morgan that almost cost us the game was when I questioned whether there was something missing). But we won 10 games with a squad that had no idea how to win. Dare I remind you of the season prior to that where we lost in the fourth quater week after week after got damn week.
Coach Small is going to end his coaching career here with a MEAC championship ring that he earned in his very first season as head coach. Let's not try to take that away from him no matter what's happened since.

Yall did barely beat a horrible JSU team that year too. The FAMU game also had a questionble call in he final minutes that helped halt that last drive, and how they let FAMU run that same pass play about 37 times in a row to the same guy across the middle (no adjustments). And I was at the Morgan game too.
You have to admit there was some questionable decision making in that first season. I was happy as hail that we won those games, but I was uneasy about how we won.

That was not a questionable call in the FAMU game.
That was flat-out pass interference when Deloatch trucked that boy and returned that interception for a touchdown. But we can't attribute that to decision-making. I attribute that to the 200 bucks I laced the ref's pocket with before the game.
Talk about a Pontiac game-changing moment for your a$$.

You know what I was going to make some long a$$ post about your lack of knowledge when it comes to appreciating GOOD football and GREAT COACHING but I will let you continue to celebrate mediocre ball that can get us a MEAC trophy and championship rings but gets our asses stomped in the first round of the playoffs....since it seems thats all that really matters to you and the other Aggie fans who are like you. I digress.

Freeze,
You are so so right!!!! Mediocre ball will not get us a D1-AA Title. We as a whole especially Adminstration needs to strive for higher goals. The only reason I say Adminstration is because they hire the Coach. A title WAS won 2 years ago, we can not look into the past too much or we will be satified with the title win forever.
