So if and when Fobbs is let go. Who is a coach that you would like to see here at A&T? Please also include his pay you think he should deserve as well as contract length and clauses.

I think that we should look at some succesful programs and try to mimick their success. We need someone who knows how to recruit, has area ties, and knows the culture of D1aa football. If this means hiring a white coach, Great. We just need to find the most qualified individual who knows their x's and o's. I know that it is not easy finding a coach, and a lot of factors should be considered in that discussion. After every loss this season, Ive asked myself.. "Jaffe, if the other teams coaches were coaching our players, and Fobbs and his goons were on the other side, would the outcome been any different"? HMMM...We very well may have a winning record right now.. (I know for a fact : Winston, Howard, PV, Central)..Even Norfolk didnt impress..

Born, you might have more knowledge than anyone else in this area..But can you give a breakdown of what particular expenses coaches incur w/ recruiting..(Other than hotel, car gas, food, the necessities.etc) What limitations is Fobbs experiencing due to his current budget that he would be able to overcome with additional monies. I'm sure he has put together a written report for Battle & Todd outlining his case. I would love to see that document..

This thread is not about what he says he needs...this thread is about the fantasy of life after Fobbs...which some of us can only pray could be sooner than later. Now either fantasize and post up suggestions or start a new thread on what you think Fobbs has openly pleaded for with his incompetent administrators.

www.bridgewater.edu/index.php?id=920You talk about being used to NO budget...Division III is as low as it gets next to NAIA. This guy has an outstanding football pedigree, has turned Bridgewater into a certified contender at their level and guess what.....even has the the DI experience that Todd believes equates into instant success at the IAA level. Give him one year to turn our program back to respectable and three years before he is dominating the MEAC and five years before he has us hunting PWC's in the playoffs. I'd put money on it. And hell yeah he should have been asked to interview the first time around if someone would have been looking at the college ranks for a winner who had the experience and was ready to blossom with a new transition. Man think about what this guy would do with our facilities, HELL WITH OUR BUDGET!! For those concerned about the race factor it is obvious that he has mentored young Black men before and I know that he would have enough sense to find coordinators who: 1. knew what the hell they were doing 2. have considerable experience 3. look like the kids that they are coaching I am sure there are other qualified candidates out their (something that Fobbs wasnt from the start) but as soon as Dooms mentioned this guy wayyyy back when, I looked at his background and experience and knew that he COULD be the one. He would tear this sorry a$$ conference up. Man have yall actually WATCHED some of this football?? Its not a pretty game at all and a coach who knows what the hell they are doing would expose most of these cats (the same way they are exposed when they get to the playoffs). But this is my pipedream......so I will keep smoking it by my damn self while Fobbs continues to do exactly what his resume said he would.

If Pete Richardson gets the ax at Southern I would grab him or if Coach White at Albany losses 50lbs I would grab him. I think you need to grab a well know name

I don't know who is next, but we could put 8 random people out to coach each week and get the same results. 0-18.

...We hire Hayes back!!! ;D Why so he can do the same thing again that got him fired? It's already been determined that he has no self control. I'm just trying to figure out what has calmed him down at NCCU
