A great way for the A&T band to make money

Sell downloadable ring tones of some the marching machine's halftime songs.

I'm sure people would be willing to pay a couple of bucks to have "smash something" or another machine favorite come up on their phone whenever it rings. That would be hot.

The University of Penn is already doing something very similar:

Can we get the fight song or "its good enough for me" I'd pay for those. right now I got U. of florida fight song cause if your not a gator your gator bait.

I asked that same question when I first got to A&T because I've been seeing FAMU Marching 100 CDs since I was in high school and thought it was crazy our band didn't do that too. Plus we would have to make sure the quality is good on them and not just blasting so that probably means recording all the parts separately and then getting the levels right and meshing them together because we all hate shitty ringtones that sound distorted

I used to be apart of the band program so i will bring this up to Dr. Ruff and the band staff. I know my roomate has put many band ringtones on his phone so i am sure it could be done at a good price.
