We have not had any improvements certainly right until A&T can get their money situation straight. I hope things can get better once the New Chancellor gets here in June. Hackley has been cutting money left and right and Welcome to the board disgruntledaggie

I agree, money is tight at A&T...what efforts on the departmental level (athletics) have been made to fundraise? I don't believe athletics' budget is in the forefront of issues needing to be addressed on campus right now. Therefore, I think there needs to be some sort of campaign within the department to raise funds.

One of the reasons that Renick was sold on Dee was her promise to be able to raise money. Has not happen as of yet. May never happen!!!

...Oh, it would happen... if the new Chancellor threatens to send D.T. back to the little cubicle she inhabited in her last "position" with the ACC. Perhaps they would give us a nice donation to keep her from trying to come back there as the head custodian.
I admit it, we did NO research on this one.

...How about Krispy Kremes and a lemonade stand?
Better yet, Todd should just give back some of that fat salary she's not earning. She seems to like firing people...wonder if she keeps a box in her office.
Several people have mentioned they're prepared to put pressure on the new Chancellor to do something about Todd. It seems we can't easily pay out her contract; but I wonder about clauses that give latitude...

One of the reasons that Renick was sold on Dee was her promise to be able to raise money. Has not happen as of yet. May never happen!!! I'm willing to bet Renick promised her money, not the other way around. How much fundraising has she ever had to do? Every position she had was already well-funded. I think Renick just chased after her because she was with the ACC, she's Black, and he felt he had a shot at wearing her down until she agreed to come aboard. He probably hit her with all these grand plans on what we were gonna accomplish and how we were gonna get there and all she had to do was ride the wave of prosperity. Then he left. The first time I heard her at an Aggie Club meeting I was horrified enough to cancel my membership. I'll leave it at that. In any event it's real easy for Nickelberry to recruit all them kids. A large budget, a pretty campus, support from the administration and a decent school academically will do that for you. How much of that are we putting forth at present? As for Hackley, while he's the least photogenic individual I've seen in eons I can't blame him for cutting money. You can't bleed a turnip. His job is to fill in the potholes until the real cat get's to town and I think he's doing his job well. Give her some time. The one thing she stated that I admired was that she never failed and she wasn't going to start now (that was prior to her brilliant moves with the football team of course). While she's learning at our expense, we hired her, we have yet to show any ability to hire any better, and (I guess) she is learning. It'll just take time. And since we're so bad many people are rather indifferent there's probably not a better time to learn than now.

Can't raise money if Aggies are not willing to give! I guess we fooled her.

With the exception of football it seems to me that Aggie sports are on the upswing. I'll continue to give my $2 as long as I see improvement.

Decks, Decks, Decks don't fall for the banana in tail pipe. You have the wrong tint in those glasses, man. Football sucks, baseball and softball are marginal at best, swimming and tennis are in the same boat without oars, bowling ??, Aggie Track-OMG, this might be the biggest disappointment of all. Other than basketball what programs are on the upswing? Is Cheerleading a sport? I’m sorry, sometimes I feel like Doomsday Jr. Now if you can please triple that $2 we might bring back Mens Tennis.
