Who would you choose as the 2006 Aggie of the Year? This person had the most affect upon NC A&T and/or embodies what it means to be an Aggie.
They could be a fan, faculty/staff member, athlete, an alumn, fan, student, BDF member, supporter, etc. Provide a short explanation for your nominee. Around mid-December, we'll take the top three or four and select the 2006 AOY.

I think I'm going to have to say the entire BDF. If it wasn't for the discussions on this message board and all the comradery that could be found in the tailgate area and in the stands, this season wouldn't have been nearly as bearable. The only thing that prevented me from becoming totally apatheitc about our football program this season has been the bond I share with our crew and the comfort of knowing that other people besides myself were committed to find solutions to our problems.

I nominate Keith McCluney. Assistant AD/Marketing.
This dude has changed the face of our game atmosphere and introduced some innovative programs that will last forever at A&T.

Aggie One - he painstakingly wrote his weekly article, each week squinting his eyes to find a silver lining in the cloud. He never gave up on Aggie Pride while still being realistic.
I don't know if most of us coulda stuck it out every week and still had something interesting to say without being P/O'ed.

But that was his job. I would expect that from the SID.

but any SID deserves credit for writing fluffy articles about the nations longest losing streak

I pick Mick Ferguson (RB) because of the way he came back from his knee injury and the way he performed despite running behind one of the worst O-Lines on earth.

Why not Keith? He did create to Solid Gold campaign, Aggie Mania, basically everything people associate A&T with these days...I'm changing my vote from myself to him
